Glen Primak

Glen Primak is a South Florida luxury real estate advisor with The Agency Florida, specializing in waterfront homes across Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Palm Beach.

He began in mortgages at 16 and later opened his own mortgage company after graduating in 2004, building a strong foundation in financing and deal structure. In 2014, he transitioned fully into real estate, drawn to the high-stakes decisions behind a move—whether it’s a first purchase, a lifestyle upgrade, or a strategic sale.

Since relocating to Fort Lauderdale after the birth of his daughter Nyla in 2020, Glen has closed over $100 million in sales and built a reputation for navigating complex transactions with discretion and speed. His differentiator is off-market access: he leverages agent relationships, local networks, and direct outreach to uncover properties that never hit the public market—particularly for buyers who need specific dockage or waterfront characteristics.

Glen lives in Fort Lauderdale with his wife Ilona and their daughter Nyla, and they are expecting their son, Nixon, in January 2026.
