Boca West is one of the names I hear most from golf buyers, and it shows up near the top of Google searches in the region. The club says it has four championship courses, Palmer I, Fazio II, Palmer III and Dye IV, and it's planning a redesign of Course 1 by Fry/Straka starting in 2026, along with a par-3 short course and an 18-hole putting course. Boca West is made up of many individual villages, from condos to single-family homes, and each has its own feel and HOA. Membership requirements can depend on the village, so I confirm them with the club for every buyer. Below is every home currently for sale in Boca West. To compare it with Broken Sound, St. Andrews and the other Boca clubs, see my golf communities guide.

Membership terms and fees change. I don't list them; confirm directly with the club.
