Woodfield Country Club is a gated community in north Boca Raton that buyers often put on their short list next to St. Andrews. The club, at 3650 Club Place, has an 18-hole course designed by Kipp Schulties, with an island green on the 17th hole, and it says the course recently went through a renovation. The community is made up of separate neighborhoods with a range of single-family homes, many backing up to lakes or the course. One 18-hole course of about 7,200 yards, designed by Kipp Schulties after a $7.9 million renovation (reopened 2020), with an island green on the 17th hole.
Tennis, pickleball, pools, fitness and dining are open to all members.
A private, member-owned equity club. Membership is mandatory at Woodfield Boca Raton, in Full Equity or Standard Equity categories.
The club says Full Equity (golf) membership is currently sold out. Buying a home with seller 'Transferability' can bypass the waitlist; confirm with the club.
